Bill brings deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, offensive security, information technology, cloud computing, and evolving threat landscapes. He serves as a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to strengthen their security posture while meeting increasingly complex regulatory requirements. He guides organizations through SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, and more, delivering strategic counsel that goes beyond checkbox compliance to build long-term resilience.

Bill holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Quantitative Methods with a concentration in Cybersecurity from Austin Peay State University. Outside of his work, Bill and his family proudly support several charitable organizations, including the Cerebral Palsy Foundation and cancer research foundations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and being outdoors.
