With over 20 years of accounting and management experience, Audit Partner Bob Belshe specializes in fair value measurement, equity-based transactions, and stock-based compensation.
Bob works extensively with venture capital funds, venture-backed, emerging technology companies with an emphasis on software, SaaS, semiconductor, and medical device industries. He is an expert in improving business compliance efficiency, including corporate governance/Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Bob also has received certification in blockchain technology from the AICPA and CIMA. He understands the current landscape, business applications and financial control considerations associated with blockchain use as well as regulatory concerns and governance related to blockchain implementations.
Bob is a leader in automation, data analytics, and robotic process automation. He and his team are leading the charge to use technology and artificial intelligence in the accounting industry.
Bob received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University in 1999, as well as a master’s in accountancy from Golden Gate University in 2007. He is a licensed CPA in California. Outside of work, Bob enjoys hiking, visiting the dog park, spending time with family, and trying out new food trucks,
