With over twenty years of public accounting experience, Senior Tax Manager Carolyn Sillin has extensive experience assisting high-net-worth individuals, professional service firms, and closely-held businesses. She advises her clients on their accounting system setup, tax planning, and business valuations. She has conducted valuation services for various purposes, such as gifting, estate planning, buy/sell agreements, and ESOPs.
Carolyn received her master’s from Golden Gate University in taxation and finance. She is a licensed CPA in California. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
