Audit Partner Jacqueline Fader leads Sensiba’s Venture Capital practice with over a decade of specialized experience working with Venture Capital, Fund of Fund, and Technology companies in their technical accounting, assurance, and financial reporting needs. She has a deep level of expertise within the investment company industry and has served investment fund clients ranging from emerging managers through large institutional multi-entity funds. Additionally, through her experience working for both a large regional firm and a global “Big 4” firm, Jacqueline has worked with companies ranging from pre-revenue to large multi-national, publicly traded companies.

Jacqueline works with her clients to navigate the unique audit, financial reporting and sophisticated technical accounting needs specific to them in an efficient manner while implementing industry best practices and process improvements. She assists with leadership and training within Sensiba’s Venture Capital Practice Group.

Jacqueline received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Chico, and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst (inactive). She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
