With nearly 15 years of experience, Senior Tax Manager Michelle Bacigaluppi specializes in nonprofit exempt tax consulting and compliance for public charities, associations, clubs, and private nonprofit organizations, as well as closely held business taxation including S-corporation entities, partnerships and C-corporation, and family office or related-group taxation.
Michelle works with clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, real estate, construction, retail, agriculture, and others.
A CPA in the state of Oregon, Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Humboldt State University. Outside of work, Michelle and her family are active in community service and enjoy travel.
