With over 16 years of experience, Senior Tax Manager Michelle Bacigaluppi specializes in nonprofit organization tax exempt consulting and compliance for public charities, associations, clubs, and private foundations, as well as closely held business taxation including S-corporations, partnerships and C-corporations, and family office or related-group taxation.
Michelle works with clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing & distribution, professional services, real estate, construction, retail, agriculture, and charitable services.
A licensed CPA in the states of California and Oregon, Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Humboldt State University. Michelle is an active member of the California Society of CPAs, the Oregon Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs. Outside of work, Michelle and her family are active in community service and enjoy travel.
