With over nine years of experience, Misha Kelly specializes in financial statement audit engagements of venture capital funds ranging from emerging manager funds through large, institutional, multi–fund entities investing in technology, life sciences, real estate, and other high–growth sectors. She works with clients in the Bay Area, throughout the United States, and globally.
Misha received a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics with a minor in legal studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Additionally, she studied finance and consumer behavior at the London School of Economics. She is a licensed CPA in California.
In her free time, Misha enjoys running with her dogs and skiing.
