Rachel Stark leads Strategic Finance at Sensiba, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and core financial planning functions. She brings extensive experience in public accounting, strategic finance, and FP&A across a diverse range of industries, including retail, private equity, wine, and non-profit.
Prior to joining Sensiba, Rachel spent nearly a decade in strategic finance at a private equity firm. She also held FP&A roles at multiple retail organizations and served in accounting advisory capacities as a fractional CFO and controller for wineries and non-profit organizations.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and children, exploring the outdoors, and connecting with friends and family.
