Tami Dias

Vice President of Sales

Tami Dias is a commercial leader with two decades of experience driving transformational growth and global market expansion across professional services, satellite, telecommunications, SaaS, cybersecurity, and IoT. She is known for architecting forward-looking, differentiated go-to-market strategies, building elite sales organizations, and executing complex commercial transformations in highly competitive and disrupted markets.

Prior to joining Sensiba, Tami served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at ST Engineering iDirect, where she led a sweeping commercial transformation that reversed multi-year revenue decline, restored year-over-year growth, and secured multimillion-dollar commercial and government contracts across global markets. As Vice President of Global Sales at Aeris Communications, she repositioned the company from an IoT connectivity provider to a cybersecurity-led technology platform and built the joint commercial strategy following its acquisition of the Ericsson IoT Accelerator.

Earlier, she served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Ground Control, unifying multiple acquisitions into a single global brand and expanding presence across enterprise, government, and energy sectors. As Vice President of Global Channel Sales at RigNet, now Viasat Energy, she built and scaled a global partner program that delivered sustained double-digit indirect revenue growth.

Outside of work, Tami is committed to applying her commercial expertise in service of mission-driven organizations, with a particular interest in nonprofit board leadership and advisory roles. She lives in Chicago with her partner, Aaron.
