Sensiba LLP has been named to Vault’s prestigious 2026 Top 150 Internships list.

In its second year on the list, Sensiba was ranked the 28th best overall internship, compared with 45th a year ago. The firm was recognized as the 13th top internship among accounting firms, compared with 14th last year.

Other impressive rankings for Sensiba include:

  • 6th for quality of life, compared with a tie for 24th a year ago.
  • 4th for culture of acceptance (a new category this year).
  • 21st (in a tie) for training and mentoring (another new category).

“We’re only as strong as a firm as our entry-level talent because, ultimately, the interns that join us become our future managers and leaders,” said Managing Partner John D. Sensiba. “It’s essential for us to ensure we have a healthy pipeline of talent, and to help promote opportunities and diversity within the accounting profession. As a firm, we recognize the value in investing in our interns’ success.”

Sensiba’s internship program blends structured work and professional development with networking opportunities throughout the firm, training for performance managers to help them support interns more effectively, and a four-day work week that provides interns the ability to prioritize other parts of their life as they ease into corporate life.

“We enable our interns to learn and succeed, while giving them enough autonomy that, if there are other interests within the firm they want to explore, we encourage that wholeheartedly,” said Talent Acquisition Manager Ricardo Soria.  “We feel it’s important for interns to be self-motivated and know how to operate when someone isn’t looking over their shoulder. We do our best to support that by blending structure with autonomy.”
