Certification Marks, Logos, & Assurance Report Use Guidelines
Sensiba LLP, Sensiba Australia Pty Ltd, and Sensiba Europe Limited (“Sensiba,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our”) provide certifications, accreditation logos, and assurance reports to help Our client (“Client,” “You,” “Your”) communicate Your compliance status with customers, stakeholders, and regulators. These guidelines govern how such materials may be used by organizations that received certification, attestation, or accreditation from Sensiba (the “Guidelines”).
These Guidelines form part of, and are subject to, the Terms and Conditions for GRC Services (“Terms”) and the applicable Statement of Work (“SW”) entered into between You and Sensiba.
1. GENERAL USE & COMMUNICATION
1.1. You may reference Sensiba and Our services in communications with customers and other stakeholders, provided that all references are:
1.1.1. Factually accurate;
1.1.2. Not misleading; and
1.1.3. Reflective of the current status and scope of Your certification.
1.2. You may use status letters, accreditation logos, certification documents, and assurance reports provided by Sensiba to represent Your compliance.
1.3. References to the certification must clearly identify:
1.3.1. The certified entity;
1.3.2. The applicable standard or framework (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, etc.); and
1.3.3. That Sensiba is the certification entity.

2. USE OF ACCREDITATION LOGOS & CERTIFICATION MARKS
2.1. Logos and accreditation marks:
2.1.1. May only be used for the standards, frameworks, or regulations covered by the relevant certification, attestation, or assurance report.
2.1.2. Must not be applied to product packaging, inspection/test reports, or used in a way that suggests Sensiba certified a product, process, or service unless explicitly authorized by Sensiba in writing.
2.1.3. Must not be modified in any way, including form, color, or layout.
2.2. Duration of Use:
2.2.1. Accreditation logos may be used for up to fifteen (15) months from the date of the most recently issued report or certification.
2.2.2. Use of the logo or certification mark is only permitted during periods of active certification.
3. SCOPE CHANGES & LIMITATIONS
3.1. If there are any scope limitations or changes to Your certification, it is Your responsibility to promptly:
3.1.1. Update Your public-facing references and materials accordingly; and
3.1.2. Clearly communicate the limitations of Your compliance to any requesting party.
3.2. References to certification must never suggest coverage beyond the defined scope of your engagement or audit, as set forth in the applicable Terms and SW.
4. USE OF CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTS & REPORTS
4.1. All certification documents, status letters, and assurance reports must be used only in their original form as issued by Sensiba.
4.2. These documents must not be altered, redacted, or rebranded without prior written approval from Sensiba.
5. BRANDING & MISUSE PROVISIONS
5.1. The certification mark or logo:
5.1.1. Is a service mark of Sensiba;
5.1.2. Must not be used in a manner that brings Sensiba into disrepute or causes confusion about what is certified; and
5.1.3. May not be used in advertising that implies broader or different certification than granted.
5.2. Violation of these Guidelines may result in:
5.2.1. Suspension or withdrawal of certification;
5.2.2. Required correction actions; or
5.2.3. Other remedies per Sensiba’s procedures and policies or applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
