Yuri Li

With 10 years of experience in public accounting, Tax Partner Yuri Li specializes in corporate and high net worth individual taxation. Yuri works extensively with clients in the technology space including software, hardware, SaaS, and life science companies. She assists with tax planning, consulting, and compliance, as well as accounting for income taxes under ASC 740.
Yuri received her bachelor’s in finance and English from Chongqing University in China in 2010 and her master’s in accountancy from Bentley University in Massachusetts in 2012. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Massachusetts and California. Yuri is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA). She is fluent in English and Mandarin. Outside of work, Yuri enjoys traveling, hiking and movies.
