With over 20 years of experience, Governance, Risk, & Compliance Partner Brian Beal specializes in helping organizations build trust, resilience, and lasting value through effective risk management and assurance strategies. Drawing on deep expertise in information security, compliance, and technology, he has guided hundreds of companies, from emerging startups to global enterprises, in strengthening their security posture, streamlining audit readiness, and scaling with confidence.
As a former web developer and information security officer, Brian brings extensive expertise in development cycles, implementation cycles, disaster recovery plans, and the adoption of security policies. He assists his customers in assessing security and risk from all angles by offering third-party assurance reports. These assessments include the security, privacy, and confidentiality of a client’s data and their systems’ availability and processing integrity.
Brian holds a Master of Science degree in Information Security, from Capella University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Biola University, and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Post Falls Idaho Food Bank.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys joyriding in his ’69 Camaro, sipping fine Kentucky bourbon, and spending quality time with his family.
