Sensiba Appoints New Tax Partner-in-Charge

Monic Ramirez Brings Over 15 Years in Business Management and Tax Accounting

Pleasanton, CA, June 22, 2018 – Sensiba LLP, a leading Northern California-based accounting and business consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Monic Ramirez has been appointed Tax Partner-in-Charge.  Monic succeeds Bill Norwalk who served for a very successful multi-year stint in the role.

Ramirez has spent more than fifteen years working with closely-held businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to multi-generational family businesses. She has vast experience working with multi-state taxation and consolidated and foreign operations. In addition to Manufacturing and Distribution, Monic also works with select clients in real estate, construction, software, and technology. She is an expert in C Corp and S Corp taxation, private foundation planning, compliance returns, and foreign reporting requirements.

Monic received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University in 2003.  She is a licensed CPA in the State of California.  Outside of work, Monic participates in the CalCPA Silicon Valley San Jose Chapter Green Committee.  She also enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
