With over 20 years of experience, Risk Assurance Services Partner Brian Beal leverages his background in information security and technology to help clients effectively assess and manage risk. He works with a wide range of clients across various industries, from small and mid–size startups to venture–backed and privately funded companies, with an added concentration in B2B SaaS and technology sectors.
As a former web developer and information security officer, Brian brings extensive expertise in development cycles, implementation cycles, disaster recovery plans, and the adoption of security policies. He assists his customers in assessing security and risk from all angles by offering third–party assurance reports. These assessments include the security, privacy, and confidentiality of a client’s data and their systems’ availability and processing integrity.
Brian holds a Master of Science degree in Information Security, from Capella University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Biola University, and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Post Falls Idaho Food Bank. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with family and visiting national parks.
