Senior Systems Implementation Specialist Amy Peterson brings 13 years of accounting experience and five years of in-depth BlackLine knowledge. She focuses on implementing solutions that eliminate manual tasks while delivering transparency throughout the close process and partnering with finance departments to drive efficiency. Amy works with clients of all sizes across many industries with added emphasis on oil and gas, transportation, agriculture, and food processing.

Prior to joining Sensiba, Amy was a BlackLine user and system administrator. She has experience implementing reconciliations, tasks, matching and journals for ERPs like S4 HANA and JDE9.0. Amy holds several BlackLine certifications including the Account Reconciliations Certification, BlackLine Core 1 certification, and BlackLine Core 2 certification.

Amy received Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She also received her Master of Business Administration with a focus in finance from the College of St. Scholastica. In her free time, Amy enjoys golfing, traveling, and watching Formula 1.

Tax Partner

With over 25 years of corporate accounting and consulting experience, Tax Partner Gary Price specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, operational and financial analysis, and capital/investment needs.

Gary works extensively with clients in real estate, construction, and manufacturing. He is an expert in alternative financing, best practices for private equity firms, partnership taxation, succession planning, clean technology, and sustainability. He is the firm’s Clean Tech industry leader successfully helping clean technology clients with cash flow projections and analysis to obtain business and project financing. Also, he has led the project team to get our firm certified as a Green Business.

Gary is a dual graduate of the University of Florida, receiving a bachelor’s degree in computer science and math in 1969 and a Master of Business Administration in 1971 specializing in accounting. Gary participates in the United States Green Building Council and Joint Venture of Silicon Valley. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing guitar, and Tai Chi.

Brandon Raborn

BlackLine Practice Lead

Brandon Raborn has nearly a decade of experience facilitating the design and implementation of BlackLine solutions that support and streamline the day-to-day tasks of finance teams. Brandon works with clients of all sizes from mid-market organizations to Fortune 500 companies across various industries, with particular emphasis in oil & gas, retail, banking, technology, insurance, and manufacturing.

As a former accountant and finance professional, Brandon has a deep understanding of the challenges finance teams face. He leverages his accounting background and technical expertise across various ERP platforms (including SAP and Oracle) to help finance teams overcome roadblocks to implementation and enable finance transformation through BlackLine.

Brandon received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a CPA. He is BlackLine certified and proficient in SAP-BI and Oracle Hyperion. Brandon is a supporter of the Young Leadership Council in New Orleans. In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with family, fishing, boating, hiking, and skiing.

Monic Ramirez is the Partner-in-Charge of Tax at Sensiba LLP, where she advises businesses of all sizes and entity structures with particular emphasis on manufacturers, distributors, and professional service firms.  She leads the firm’s Tax Department, which has grown 200% and to a team of 130+ professionals during her tenure.  She has been serving closely held businesses and high net worth individuals for 20 years. Many of her clients have multi-state and multi-national operations that benefit from her experience in a variety of entity structures. She has been quoted in a number of national publications, including Barron’s and The Washington Post.

Monic graduated from Santa Clara University with a bachelor of science in accounting. She is a licensed CPA in California and a member of the AICPA. She is passionate about women in business and serves in women’s leadership at Family Community Church. Monic lives in Morgan Hill and enjoys volunteering in her community, traveling and playing outdoors with her family of four.

With over 15 years of expertise, Eva Rego, Director of Learning and Development at Sensiba, spearheads the creation of programs and curricula aimed at enriching employees’ professional journeys and fostering career advancement. Eva, along with her team, focuses on augmenting technical proficiency, enhancing client service capabilities, refining interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless new-hire onboarding experiences, managing employee licensing and certification processes, and coordinating ongoing professional development initiatives. Eva earned her BS from Arizona State University.

When not at work, Eva dedicates her time to engaging in volunteer work at her children’s schools, enjoying outdoor pursuits, and participating in family activities.

Crystal Riggins

Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel

Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel Crystal Riggins is an experienced business strategy and legal leader. Crystal heads the operations function at Sensiba, including legal, people, and processes, and she provides strategic counsel to the executive leadership team and other firm leaders.

Before joining Sensiba, Crystal served as general counsel at a leading IoT SaaS company and a number of technology companies. She has led legal, operations, people functions and multiple transformative acquisitions.

In her free time, Crystal keeps busy with her husband, two daughters and two dogs. She has an enthusiasm and energy for new experiences and adventures.

Amy Roberts-Perez

Director, Operational Services

With more than 25 years of experience, Operational Services Director Amy Roberts-Perez leads a team supporting the quality of Sensiba’s client engagements. Her team works with Sensiba professionals on client onboarding, risk identification and mitigation, resource scheduling, client evaluations and ratings, internal and external inspections, and other client needs. A CPA in the state of California, Amy received a BS in Accounting from Cal State Sacramento.  

Outside of work, Amy is a cat lover, active with the Alameda County Food Bank and Family Giving Tree, and enjoys traveling with her family and reading. 

Jodie Rolih

Tax Partner

With over 30 years of experience in public accounting, Tax Partner Jodie Rolih joined Sensiba in 2018 after serving as a principal at forensic and financial accounting firm Hemming Morse, LLP. Jodie is based in our Fresno office and specializes in tax planning, compliance, and consulting for high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational family groups, and privately held small and medium size businesses in various industries. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Certified in Financial Forensics designation.

Jodie received her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Jodie is a member of AICPA and CalCPA, and serves as a leader and mentor in the Fresno office.  Outside of work, Jodie enjoys watching the Forty-Niners and the Warriors, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Brandon Scripps is an Audit Partner-in-Charge at Sensiba and leads the firm’s Audit department. With nearly 20 years of experience in audit services, Brandon specializes in compilations, reviews, audits, and employee benefit plan audits.  

Brandon provides financial and business consulting services to companies in the manufacturing and distribution sector. He also works extensively with clients in construction, agriculture, and the service-based technology industries. 

Brandon helps his clients identify opportunities, challenges, and trends. He seeks out under-leveraged accounting and tax opportunities to help owners enhance growth, manage risk, and supplement their bottom line. He counsels on research and development credits, sales tax credits, and the closing of monthly, quarterly, or annual books.   

Brandon received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Chico, in 2006. He is a licensed CPA in California and holds International Financial Reporting Standards certification by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Brandon serves on the Finance and Audit Committee of the George Mark Children’s House. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and coaching sports.

With over a decade of experience in accounting and financial reporting, Audit Partner Justin Scripps specializes in financial statement audits, reviews and compilations. In addition, he assists clients with guidance on technical accounting issues and new pronouncements. Justin works extensively with privately held owner-operated clients in the construction and manufacturing and distribution industries.

Working closely with business owners in these industries has provided him with unique industry insight into the objectives, challenges, and risks businesses face day-to-day. Justin leverages this insight to train staff internally on industry-specific topics and provide a tailored service experience for clients. He is an expert in WIP accounting and financial reporting best practices for construction contractors.

Justin received a bachelor’s degree in business management economics from University of California, Santa Cruz, in 2010.  Justin is a member of AICPA, CalCPA, and the Construction Financial Management Association. He has served as a president, controller, revenue manager, FP&A manager, internal auditor, external auditor and project manager for enterprise ERP rollouts. This hands-on leadership experience enables him to bring practical, cost-effective solutions for corporate governance, internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and process optimization.

Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree in Accounting.
